Brantley Oakey is from a small town in Idaho where he grew up playing sports and engaging in outdoor activities. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2006 with a 3.96 GPA and Cum Laude from Ave Maria School of Law in 2012 where he was a senior editor on the law review. Brantley is a versatile attorney who has experience in a wide range of practice areas. He specialties are probate, estate planning, guardianship, and litigation. Brantley is admitted to practice in Florida and the Federal Courts of the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Lee and Collier County Bar Associations.
When he’s not providing excellent service, Brantley enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and exercising. Brantley is a member of the Naples Area Triathletes and regularly competes in triathlons. In college, Brantley played football for Ricks College where he was named All-American as a return specialist and All-conference as a running back.
