Mark is a Florida-licensed attorney. He joined the Law Office of Brantley Oakey as an associate attorney in April 2016. As a law student, Mark worked closely with Brantley Oakey as a legal assistant.
Mark graduated from Ave Maria School of Law where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Ave Maria International Law Journal. Prior to law school, Mark graduated cum laude from Utah State University with degrees in philosophy and religious studies. There he was named as philosophy student of the year and served as Managing Editor of the Intermountain West Journal of Religious Studies. Mark’s scholarly work has been twice published in academic journals. He has also authored a law library research guide on the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act.
